Static Paint® is a commercially proven anti-static paint which can be used on floors, walls, railings, ceilings. (concrete, wood, wallboard, metal) It is easy to apply, water-based, low-odor, soap and water clean-up.
Static Paint® is used in OEM facilities, computer and electronics assembly areas, data centers/ IT rooms, warehouses, commercial buildings. Use anywhere static build-up needs to be eliminated.
Application: Can be rolled, brushed or sprayed.
Coverage: Approx. 200 sq. ft per gallon. Approx. 8-10 mil wet laydown. Two coats are recommended.
Conductivity: (two options)
Static Dissipative Range: Permanent conductivity in the range of 107 – 109 ohms.
Conductive Range: Permanent conductivity in the range of 103 – 105 ohms.
Anti-Dust: Dissipates static charge which attracts dust. Reducing static electricity to a surface will result in dust not being able to cling to the surface, greatly reducing dust build-up. Great for dust control!
For added grounding protection, we recommend using our GroundHog® grounding plate after applying our Static Paint® to floors.
Compliance: Static Paint® contains no lead, cadium, mercury, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyls (PBB) or polychlorinated diphenyl ethers (PCDE). Meets mil spec B-87105-B. Meets California VOC regulations for low VOCs. No ozone depleting chemicals. Non-hap, non-sara, non-hazardous, water-based, non-flammable, clean-up with soap and water. Plastic cans and pails can be recycled.

Our FDA Paint is ideal for structural steel, piping, tanks and equipment , as well as the hard usage areas of food processing plants, dairies, silos, schools, hospitals, restaurants ,corridors, public housing and public buildings.
Application: Can be sprayed, rolled or brushed. Dries to the touch within two hours and can be reapplied.
Coverage: Use 15 Mils laydown and get 200 Square Feet per Gallon
